Midtown Boulevard in North East Dallas, the venue is a 3 story condominium that boasts a view of our well-
kept pool from the main event area. The 2300 sqft space of the venue makes it perfect for big gatherings like
baby showers, birthday parties, and small cocktail events. The furnishings in the condominium make it the
perfect backdrop for video and photoshoots.
Parking is not an issue for the venue as it contains a 2-car garage along with 2 parking spaces outside.
